Destin has been working with computers for 16 years. At 12 years old, he became the computer systems administrator at the Embudo Valley Library. He has held the position off and on for the last 14 years. After graduating from high school in 2001 he began attending New Mexico Tech in Socorro. In October of 2004 he was hired by the Educational Outreach & Distance Instruction department at NMT as lead web developer. While working for the department, he developed the web site, curriculum database, and content management system for the program.

After graduating from New Mexico Tech in December of 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science, he moved back to his home town and began working with Max and Soren Gordhamer on a web project called Zooleo. Zooleo is an online audience engagement platform for media organizations to discover the most important interests of their members. While working on Zooleo, he also began working with Max and Kevyn on a variety of website projects. In the fall of 2006 he became a partner in Gizmo Productions LLC.

Destin is the CTO at Gizmo and is involved in all of the technical aspects of web development. He is a highly skilled PHP and Javascript programmer. He uses these technologies to craft easy-to-use individualized content management systems and unique database solutions for clients.
